We need a great sports editor -- or a writer who wants to become a great sports editor. We are a small western Ohio newspaper where reporting on high school sports is our bread and butter. We would welcome someone who is passionate about sports, who is willing to put in the time to build relationships with coaches and athletic directors, who thrives on writing more than just a recap of the game and who understands how important all local sports are to a small community such as ours. We ask two things of all applicants -- that you know how to write and you have at least a working knowledge of Indesign.
