The Uinta County Herald has an immediate opening for a sports editor. Successful candidate must show strong interest in all aspects of high school sports. This position will be covering high school and community sports. Southwest Wyoming offers an additional wide variety of sports opportunities including rodeo, drag racing, outdoors and more. We’re looking for a knowledgeable team player who is excellent at writing, has great photography skills, knowledge of Mac computers and pagination/design, a pro at photoshop, has a strong work ethic, represents themselves well in the office and community and has a GREAT ATTITUDE. Must be self motivated and and have a strong desire to write, package and publish quality sports pages every Tuesday and Friday in the Uinta County Herald.
