    Description:
    The Daily Republic in Mitchell, S.D., seeks a sports editor to run a three-person department in a sports-crazy town. Our next sports editor will strive to have a great mix in the sports section, combining game coverage with columns and, especially, local sports news. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned daily reporter or a weekly sports editor to step up into the daily realm, at a paper that covers 40 regional schools, a four-year college and two first-round pro sports draft picks.
