    I see everybody decided to jump on McComb and the state. I find it amazing how the writers that post on this board sound just like the knuckleheads that post on our own Web sites and outside forums... just more slash and burn attitude.
    I'm a Mississippi native who has spent a large portion of his life in the McComb area. If you like country-living, you'll like the Enterprise-Journal. My family still has a place out in Summit and I love it out there.
    The Enterprise-Journal is a nice little paper and easily the best of the Emmerich papers spread around the state.

    of course, if you're unemployed and like to eat or looking for that first job, McComb might not be a bad place to start a career.
    at least they are hiring. can't say that about the high-profile, big-time rags these days, can you?
