    Description:

The Tribune-Democrat, a 33,000-circulation daily newspaper in Johnstown,
Pa., is seeking an energetic and versatile journalist to lead its sports
department. Western Pennsylvanians love their sports, and with 31 high
schools, a Division I college football and basketball team as well as ample
hunting and fishing opportunities, there is always something to cover.
Johnstown is home to a popular junior hockey team, and we also staff
Pittsburgh Steelers games on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate must have management experience; is adept at page
design, copy editing and paginating using QuarkXPress; can craft a game
story or feature on deadline and has a passion for sports. It's a
sometimes-demanding job that requires night, weekend and holiday shifts.
This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualified individuals should submit a resume, cover letter and clips to:

Which D-I does it cover? I gave a quick glance to the website and only saw wire stuff for Pitt and Penn State. The local Pitt campus is D-II, right?
