    What happened to Tom ???

The person who gets this job would be in charge of some good people.

Good preps, especially in football where Southern Columbia and Selinsgrove are on the state stage annually.

This is also the hometown paper for Bucknell U., and they do travel with the basketball team (at least for league games and anything in the NCAAs.)

    CNHI has destroyed this place.

    Do. Not. Touch.

The only thing not gutted here has been the sports department. They've basically cut the number of pages by a third, at least, since the paper was sold two years ago.

Publication Name Frequency Circulation Type Total Circulation* Filing Status
DAILY ITEM, SUNBURY (NORTHUMBERLAND CO.) SAT M DLY 24,506
DAILY ITEM, SUNBURY (NORTHUMBERLAND CO.) AVG M (M-F) DLY 24,929
DAILY ITEM, SUNBURY (NORTHUMBERLAND CO.) SUN DLY 25,735

I'm presuming the numbers include The Danville News, which also is part of the operation. (Not sure whether they still have a separate Danville bureau.)

imagine going from ottaway to cnhi ownership overnight.

i have to wonder how much this has to do with this gentleman no longer being there.

Wow, yet another husband-wife team in the AMC sports department. Unless Tom is in another part of the paper.

Guess the Housenicks can finally sell their house in Hazleton.
