    Look back a few pages and you'll be able to find the thread on the SE job/Zimanek. It'll be easy to spot, as it has a lock next to it.

    I don't think you want this one Ryan. Gannett will suck the creativity out of designers very quickly.

    I'm not sure if this spot is a replacement for Hugh, who was a good friend of mine for many years (I worked at the Agonizer for six years back in the 90s). Of course, a sports guy may be taking Hugh's place on the news side, prompting the opening.

    I would encourage anyone who is considering this job to run -- don't walk -- away from this as fast as you can. Hugh's memorial service quickly devolved into beating up of management by current and former employees. Pretty ugly.

    I was told that bashing current management was tantamount to bashing the Advertiser -- past and present -- as a whole, product and people ... you mean bashing current management is, well, only bashing current management? I was misinformed then.
