    Kays is a good guy. We're not with the same chain (thank God!!!) but we've helped each other when our teams cross paths. I think Kenton Brooks might also still be there, but not for certain. Texas scribes who've been at it awhile might remember Kenton from his days in Beaumont.

    Kenton is still there. It's true they haven't filled an open position in awhile, but Kays will go to battle for you. The paper does a great job of covering the area and all the staff busts their ass.

    Hey, a job's a job. ;)

    Northeastern State is a D-II school a few miles away in Tahlequah.

    Bacone is a four-year NAIA school in town.

    But I guarantee you the college beat is not what the readers read.
