    The Montana Standard, a 13,000-circulation daily newspaper in Butte, seeks a meticulous sports copy editor.
    The best candidates will have a knowledge of sports and professional pagination experience, but exceptional entry-level applicants with experience at student publications may be considered. Speed and accuracy are a must on this sports desk, a leader in the region.

    Lots of cutbacks on that staff in the past two years. Could be a decent first or second job for someone.

    Town has an NAIA school with football (Montana Tech) and a fair amount of high schools of differing sizes. Pretty decent newshole for a smaller publication.
