The Boston Herald, a major metropolitan daily, seeks a sports copy editor with at least five years of daily newspaper experience. Candidates must possess strong editing and headline-writing skills as well as page-design experience. The ability to work together with others in a fast-paced, multiple-deadline environment is essential. Familiarity with InDesign is required and experience handling agate also is valuable. If you fit these qualifications, please send a resume, editing/headline samples and no more than five page designs to Mark J. Murphy, Deputy Sports Editor, Boston Herald, 1 Herald Square, Boston, MA 02118. Or send an email to mjmurphy@bostonherald.com. Equal Opportunity Employer
