Same here. But I did find this:

"Director Steven Spielberg has settled a legal battle with actor Tyler Nelson after the up-and-coming star leaked the plot line of the upcoming Indiana Jones movie to his local newspaper.

The 24-year-old was reprimanded by Spielberg and his lawyers after he revealed the storyline and every major scene of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull to Oklahoma paper, the Edmond Sun.

But the Hollywood filmmaker - who considered cutting out all of Nelson's scenes following the betrayal - has backed down from pursuing further legal action after a judge ruled Nelson knowingly breached a confidentiality agreement.

The details of the settlement between the two parties have not been disclosed.

The new Indiana Jones movie has been shrouded in secrecy since filming began earlier this year .

The movie, which sees Harrison Ford return to the famed role, is due out in May 2008."

  4. A spokesman for Spielberg said, "Who knows if (Nelson) will ever work in this town ever again?"

Good for the Edmond Sun. Bad for the kid's career. What a dumbass.

yeah cause no one's going to see Indy 4 b/c some dope blabbed about it to a paper in Oklahoma.

Time for El Spielbergo to get over his bad self. Or become an NFL coach.

Spoilers will get out and people will go see it anyway, but the guy signed a confidentiality agreement and violated it. That will follow him, whether that is fair or not.

  8. IIRC, the actor who walked around in the Darth Vader suit -- David Prowse? -- got his name cut out of the credits for "return Of The Jedi" for pretty much the same thing.

That poor guy. He can't even live off the residuals of his 15 minutes of fame at GeekCons.

SEE THE GUY WHO WALKED AROUND IN THE DARTH VADER SUIT!!! Only this weekend at GeekCon '07!

Prowse wasn't exactly a young guy when that all happened. He was 48 when Return of the Jedi came out (thank you IMDB for most of the information in this post). Apparently, he had previously complained about not getting any attention for his work and insists that he did not know James Earl Jones' voice would be dubbed in place of his until he saw Star Wars in 1977.

Then, when it came time to show Darth Vader's face, they replaced Prowse with an older actor named Sebastian Shaw, who was 78 when Return of the Jedi came out.

Point being, if the story about Prowse getting cut out of the credits is true, perhaps there was some intent behind his indiscretion. Doesn't sound like that is the case here with Walker.

Prowse was pissed because he thought it was his voice that was going to be used for Vader, and not James Earl Jones. So he tried to get even.
