    Reading the story, it seems the prosecutors are actually the ones being wacko in this case, because they're tired of the defense lawyer calling them "the Government", because they see it as derogatory.

    The lawyer then filed his motion in response, wanting his clients to stop being referred to as "the Defendant" because that could be derogatory. He then followed up with his Captain Justice stuff.

    Can't say I blame the defense lawyer. The prosecution needs to sack up.
