Record executive #1: The Beatles? Where the hell are they from?
Record executive #2: Ummm ... Liverpool. It's a little north of Birmingham.
Record executive #1: OK, so they're from Alabama. Put 'em on the Southern Rock record.

I gotta wonder what Fonzie would be like today, when he's pushing 70.
Would he be macking on all the ladies in the nursing home? Would he have died of AIDS from his various sexual escapades in the 1980s? Shot to death by a jealous boyfriend in Milwaukee?
Maybe Squiggy just snapped and beat him to death with a tire iron. Squiggy was scary-retarded.
Did he knock up one of the girls he was always chasing and end up settling down in a horrible marriage?
Would he still be hanging out at Arnold's? He'd probably break a hip when he bumped the jukebox.
Is he a respected member of Milwaukee's teaching community? His penchant for chasing high school girls might have gotten him into trouble at some point.
Does he occasionally open his closet, stare at the leather jacket and white T-shirt and sigh? Remembering when he was cool, and not when he had to get up three times a night to take a piss?
There's a great documentary to be made here. Call it "Finding Fonzie".

1977 ran out of songs because the Southern Rock music died on Oct. 20, 1977.
