South Florida Sun Sentinel internship

    Applications are due Nov. 16 for the Sun Sentinel's paid summer internship program.

    We generally place one intern in Sports each summer, and he or she can cover anything from Dolphins training camp to Marlins games to international soccer.

    South Florida rent, especially around Ft. Lauderdale and North Miami, is notoriously expensive. Anyone interested in applying should be prepared to likely bunk with another intern or find a random roommate. Family ties in the area helps. Also, be sure to have access to a car.
