    A man was murdered. It was recorded. And his killer still isn't convicted. How is this possible?

    All it takes is one juror. It was 11-1 to convict.

    They'll convict him in the next trial.

    I would certainly hope so. But it's mind-boggling he wasn't convicted in THIS trial. What more is needed? Video of a guy running away, shot in the back.
