Songs you could easily listen to more than once, or twice, or thrice...

I have maybe 15 different versions of Pearl Jam's Alive on my iPod, and I actually created a playlist with nothing but those songs. It's not for every day, but there are some days when I want to hear it over and over.

It's a good thing you are a woman, or the music gurus of this board would be coming out of the woodwork because of your love for Coldplay.

But that's they know you're gay, Angola! :D (not really funny, I know)

Oh, no, it's funny. Not "Ha-Ha" funny, but funny nonetheless.

"Fix You" - Coldplay (yeah, I said it)
"Swallowed By The Sea" - Coldplay (again, me)
"Til Kingdom Come" - Coldplay (yada, yada, yada)
anything by Pearl Jam, particularly "Yellow Ledbetter," "Black" or anything off No Code
anything by White Stripes, especially sung by Megan, but not their first album
anything off Soundgarden's Down On The Upside album
"Ain't No Reason" by Brett Dennen

I have to filter my iTunes for some songs from the wedding CD that have been played out of proportion to how much I like to hear them, so here's my abridged top 5:

    Ana Ng, TMBG
    At my most beautiful, R.E.M.
I am trying to break your heart, Wilco
Gravity, Alison Krauss and Union Station
    Persuasion, Richard Thompson

    No. 12 with a bullet:
    Gold Digger, Kanye West

HH, You mentioned Ana Ng on another thread...it really is an underappreciated TMBG song. The lyrics are haunting yet hummable all at once.

You can't post on here. Don't think we've forgotten your attempted Starland Vocal Band-jack, BitterYoungEunich. :D

I just listened to "Gone" by Esthero and Cee-Lo about 7 times straight on the way home.

"haunting yet hummable" may cover a lot of TMBG songs.
