Nickleback would probably be better known if they would just release a song or two as singles for radio play

I think it was also, at the time, the best-selling download ever. May not have charted in the traditional sense though, not sure. The song was written by Mitch Allan of SR-71, whose debut album in 2000 ("Now You See Inside") is fucking awesome and should have sold five million copies instead of only 500,000. Saw the band with Headbutt in Towson, MD in 2004...put on a great show at a great venue. I just read up on Mitch, who apparently co-wrote with Kara DioGuardio "No Boundaries," the song that the American Idol winner had to sing. Sigh. We'll always have "Now You See Inside," Mitch.

Which reminds me, I thought SR-71's "Tomorrow" should have been bigger than it was, though the album was weak compared to "Now You See Inside."

Yeah, I wasn't nearly as big a fan of "Tomorrow" as I was "Now You See Inside." Maybe I need to give it another listen. But "Now You See Inside" was perfect power pop.

I've only heard the entire album once, but the single "Tomorrow" was a nice chunk of insecurity during a span of 2-or-so years when most rebellious young rockers were focused on daddy issues and ex-girlfriends.
