Five of the pirates who hijacked a Saudi supertanker drowned with their share of a $3 million ransom, a relative said Saturday, the day after the bundle of cash was apparently dropped by parachute onto the deck of the ship.

Ogden Nutting says this is exactly why he would never give that much cash to any of HIS pirates.

    Karma makes haste.

    Gee, ya think?

Consult Chris Rock for advice on How Not To Get Your Ass Kicked By The Police. Pay particular attention to Item #1.

Nobody to really root for in this fight; the main reason the pirates are pirates is ruthless exploitation and corruption by the Somali government, but if this shit keeps up on the open seas, it becomes everybody's problem.

Sounded to me like the cash landed on the deck of the big ship and they were ferrying the cash to another location on a smaller boat in rough seas.

The sheer ridiculous-ity of this story is a friggin hoot. Almost sounds like the Onion made it up.
