    5-7, 265 is fat, but I've seen worse. I was heavier at a similar height a few years ago.
    If he's really in that bad shape, maybe we should just let nature take its course.

    A guy in my state chose to be hanged (his other option was lethal injection), then intentionally gained over 100 pounds and filed a suit saying it would be cruel and unusual punishment to hang him because his head might pop off. Honest to god.
