So Much For Green Jobs

    We had a solar panel for hot water on our home in the '80s in Phoenix. Worked great, except when more than two people needed to take a shower in the morning. My neighbor's panel froze (it does get into the high 20s in Phoenix on occasion) and he never replaced his panel.

    Given the solar power discussion figured this was worth a bump. The NYT is single highhandedly tearing apart The Obama solar energy/ job creation plans.

    I'll give the Times some credit.

    They don't often jump in on the "scandal of the day". But, sometimes it's because they're working on their own story. And, instead of the day to day drama and reaction to the initial story, they're doing some original reporting.
