Does this mean we're not finishing the SJ novel??

Hate that you're leaving, love that this crazy place allowed our paths to cross. See you down the road. xo

    Was also unable to PM.

    Forever young, boyo.

Shiner's in the fridge should you ever get real fucking lost and wind up here.

    This sucks.

Fenian is one of the best.

    Farwell, my friend (misspelling intended).

Best of luck, Fenian. Your kind words after I posted my story about "Go Your Own Way" will always be greatly appreciated.

And we'll see you again next year in Boston at a Bruins game.

Thanks for introducing us to Sully's.

Au revoir (not adieu) to one of the good guys.

I hate these threads, especially when you can't just PM the thread starter (though that's a clever way to get all the well-wishers out in the open; like watching one's own wake. Very clever).

(And the good thing is, now these threads will likely die).

    But:

Those with passion and a strong-minded defense of their cause are an asset to places where open-minded discussion should be the norm. Even if I don't always agree with them. Discussion between the hardcores can inform (and entertain the hell out of) the rest of those of us in Gen Pop.

    In my opinion, anyway.

Good luck, and we'll see you when you return.

FB ... you were the absolute best thing about Boston.

(And kudos on the thread title)

Man, I thought this was some kind of reverse Madeline Kahn in "Blazing Saddles" thing.

First UTShooter disappears, and now the Fenian. The board's a poorer place for both losses.

The board is going to miss you, Fenian.

From a mere lad to a fellow Irishman:

“May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of his hand.”
