So I'm watching Dexter for the second week in a row, but ...

I still have no idea what the show is about. Can anyone fill me in?

 

Dexter is a forensics expert for the police and a serial killer. But he only kills people who are bad.

I'd skip the CBS version and rent the DVDs.

 

What's wrong with the CBS version?

 

I would assume some of it would be edited.

Get the DVDs. It's my favorite show, I think. Can't wait for Season 3.

 

Has it been around for a while?

 

It's about a middle-aged Angels fan who scans the Internet for stories about women teachers fucking boys.

 

It's a showtime or cinemax show originally. It was brought to CBS during the writer's strike.

 

So dexter never gets caught for killing the bad guys? I'm so confused.

Dexter on CBS is akin to Major League, Animal House, etc., on over-the-air TV. Lots of stuff, including nudity, won't be there.

 

I can't watch neutered movies/TV shows unless I've already seen them in their full glory.
