So I really pay no income tax?

Businessman I know tells me there really is no corporate income tax.

Whatever they pay --- if they pay --- is just passed on to the consumer.

It's why I stopped long ago demanding that corporations "pay their fair share."

They are going to get the money they want one way or another, either though raising prices or shedding employees. You cannot hurt them by taxing them. You can only hurt the people they employ or the consumers who buy their product.
