I was so about to call BS on her attending Columbia, because of her age. My thinking: Christ, she's still so young, when then hell did she go? In the five minutes between turning 18 and her first hits?

Well, I owe you an apology, Agate.

    From imdb:
Christ, I'm even more impressed with her now. Sixteen? Damn.

that was the funniest thing that he did. Otherwise everything on show seemed forced.

Keyes singing was amazing. Barkley looked nervous and stiff. Show sucked.

Saw Alicia Keys live once back home, she is a great live performer. She puts a great spin on her studio tracks, this was right after Diary came out. Very good show, for any R&B fans, the opening act was Donell Jones, who is a pretty talented dude himself.

A friend of mine is an entertainment reporter who went to a concert of hers fairly recently. He said she was the biggest diva he's ever seen backstage when it came to her demands and attitude. And then he said she was also one of the two or three best artists to see live, said she is amazing onstage.

As far as singer/songwriters who I haven't seen yet, Keys, along with Regina Spektor, is one of my must-sees.

God I hate to say this, but the running MacGruber bit was very funny.
