    Sirs, Madames,

Although it carries all the weight of announcing the purchase of a lottery ticket, E One signed an option on my novel and series. Most likely with TV in mind. My friend was a creator of Rookie Blue for the same outfit, so there's no harm in hoping.

    YHS, etc

That's great news! Congratulations, my friend. Next time we're in the same country, beer is on me. :)

Hope your lottery ticket pays off... You have to play the game before you can win it, and you at least have a ticket!

Congrats, the Auld Spot will be jumping tonight!

I have your book on my list of reads for our August vacation. Can't wait to get stuck in to it.

I still want an autographed copy!!

Any chance you'll get to be part of the creative process if/when they develop it? Or maybe you can even act in it!

Congrats. That's one more option, book and series I will likely ever be in involved with.
