Nice guys present their own challenges, of course. Maybe those just require a little more digging than usual.

 

Oh, I can guess.

 

Nice guys are really frustrating at times.

 

How's that?

 

I should explain that.

I find nice guys frustrating because they're different. They don't behave in the expected manner, so I'm unsure of whether or not they like me in a romantic sense. Sometimes they come off as really indecisive to me because of that.

 

I just don't like them because they're pusses.

 

I'd hate both of you if I was a nice guy.

 

Wouldn't know by experience, of course, but it's my impression that nice guys share a lot of similar tendencies and they do behave as expected -- for that personality type. Just gotta know what makes 'em tick, that's all. Oh, and ya gotta have patience.

 

So you operate on the worldview that most guys are assholes?

 

Are you telling me most guys aren't?

And I don't do patience well, buck. Is that not obvious?

 

Well, being a nice guy as I have been told, I guess I am pretty much screwed. I'm giving up.
