    So it does work with a good wifi connection then? If so, I'm going shopping soon.

    I hard-wired mine from my router to the slingbox. I think you have to buy a somewhat expensive adapter to get your slingbox to connect to your network wirelessly.

    Been using mine here in Fla.
    Was watching other NFL games on my Treo while at the Dolphins game.
    My set up uses a Slingstream, which uses your house's electrical wiring as a way of networking the Slingbox with your router, if they are in separate rooms.
    I don't have access to my bookmarks here but there is a good Slingbox community forum which can help you out.
    I cannot say enough how much I love this device.
