    Precisely. How do you commit to a deal of this magnitude without walking acquiring all rights to everything forever?

    The last sentence of any respectable contract should read: "It all belongs to us now and if you come back looking for so much as a penny more we will exercise our right to fucking kill you as per page 86, paragraph 34, sub-paragraph (H)(4)(c)(iv). That is all."
