Half mast is also a term for the double entendre I intended. Yeah that's it

I'm just glad this thread wasn't about something serious.

Medium is already in syndication. I'm guessing that was the tiebreaker.

Bitter that Miami Medical and Gary Unmarried was booted. Liked both of those shows a lot.

My favorite part of Medium is that no matter how many accurate dreams/visions the main character has, the DA always questions her.

"Sorry, but we need more to go on." Hey, dumbass, she's been right for something like 5-6 years, go with it.

Also, my favorite Ghost Whisperer episode is the one where JLH gets people to cry at the end after revealing some inch-deep lesson on life from a deceased relative.

Wow, so Jay Mohr loses his show as well as the show where he could have gotten work prior (Ghost Whisper).

Your Medium point is excellent. (Don't watch Ghost Whisperer.) Sometimes it's the detective instead of the DA who has to do the "come on Allison, that just doesn't make sense" bit. And they always do it exactly the same way; it might even be stock footage they just plug in to every episode.
You wonder if the DA and detective actors cringe when the scripts and handed out. "Come on. Can't my character be less of an adamant dumbass, just this once? Can't I just say, 'Hey, the evidence says otherwise, but we both know you're never really wrong, so let's check it out.' "

It has nothing on the Three's Company episode where there's a huge misunderstanding.

Also, not to be mean, but the youngest child on Medium is the latest example of "what happens when cute kids grow up to be terrible young actors." Follows in the footsteps of D.J., the youngest kid from Roseanne.

Looks like ABC will pick up "The Ghost Whisperer." JLH's Skinemax career is delayed again.

I actually thought Gary Unmarried was pretty damned funny whenever I caught it... it just conflicted with other shows I liked more. And, the blonde chick in it is ssssmokin'. (Plus, as a bonus, you get Jeremy's porn-star girlfriend from SportsNight as the ex-wife.)

The lead actress, is her name Jennifer Love Hewitt?, I'm not real hip anymore, on Ghost Whisperer is extremely sexually attractive. But the show blows dead rats, to use an expression from my Philly childhood. My wife Alice used to be in television as a producer, so we are like the last people in America to try all prime time programs. That's how I know. We were gone at the first commercial break.
