Players have Scripture tattoed on them and have had so for decades. Players write messages on their cleats or their towels or whatever.

Has Tebow actually begged for attention, or is this an extension of the whole overrated thing, which again, is out of his control?

Backlash is one thing, but it's not like he fucked around on his wife.

Of course, NOT fucking around gets him an almost equal ration of grief in some circles.

Raised hell? Guy had outside linebacker numbers as a DT. His production alone matched that of entire defensive lines.

If Suh is only the fourth best player in college football, I must've been watching a different country's college football.

If the broadly-circulated rumor that he'll essentially
be "channeled" to the Jaguars is true, he'll get his chance . . .but it'll be a long
and winding road for that kid, in that league.

I didn't realize that until the awards show. Never would have guessed it, and I'm still floored by that.

The glory era was Bear, and Bear was a team-over-individual guy.

    1. Athletes have been penciling in scriptures for years, as MM pointed out.
    2. When has he begged for attention? One instance, please.
    3. Overrated? Two national titles, more records than he can count and a Heisman. Yep. That's overrated.

I mean, Tom Pecora he is not. But damn. He's still kinda good. :)
