    E-mail request.

Once this thing gets rolling, I'd like to be able to update those coming with group e-mails rather than having to send out individual PMs or post every little detail on the board.

Plus, I know a few of the Toronto members have offered to help and I've got some ideas for social outings, etc. And maybe we could have a Toronto members Starbucks/Tim's/Blue Goose/Firkin/ get-together to toss some ideas around.

Maybe anybody who has said they're coming, planning on coming or wants to help, e-mail me at: mimicoguy@yahoo.ca (ca, not com).

    Confidentiality is assured.

It's not even the New Year yet but I've already got a dozen SportsJournalists.commers (plus their significant others in many cases) either committed or seriously planning to come.

If we get enough folks they'll recognize the SportsJournalists.com group on the video screen at the ball game. :)

BTW, for those of you who don't want to come to all the ball games, there's a million things to do within a 10 minute walk of the Skydome Rogers Centre.

I've never listened to her sing and thought about Devean George.
    But it's probably pretty similar.

What is it about Canadian women singers and cheekbones?

Let me just say that I'm up in Toronto right now (Marriott on Yonge and Carleton) and this outing is going to be amazing.

T.O. is truly one of the best cities on the earth.

I'd also disagree with the media hacks who say this city has "lost its innocence." One shooting can't take the luster off this place.

BTW...any Hogtown posters know of any good bars to be on NYE?

    che,

there are a ton of good places, but they will be expensive. ive become a big fan of the bier (beer) market on esplanade -- any concierge will know it and it's not too far from you (7-10 minute cab ride) -- but get there early and expect to pay big.
