    Interested in a Hawaii contribution?
I could scrounge up 15 tabs from West Hawaii Today in Kailua-Kona, HI, on the Big Island.
We run ours Sept. 5. And as an added bonus you could learn how to spell Tualaulelei.

    Isn't Kentucky officially a commonwealth?

Well, that tears it. You may have only one commonwealth in this exchange.

    (Oh ... all right.)

In case folks don't read the first post, read this:

    OK, big change.

Toby Carrig of the Southeast Missourian has volunteered to run and PAY for the exchange - which is better than it coming out of my pocket.

So, the papers that are already in are still in, you just need to send your papers to Toby's address (which I have PMed to you).

    All right.

Toby is more a man than me.

He is willing to open this up to anyone that wants in.

You send 15 tabs and you'll get 15 back. If 40 papers send in tabs, you only have to send 15 and you'll get 15 back.

Seems like a good trade to me.

This is from the Times-News in Twin Falls, Idaho. We printed a zoned tabloid since the South Idaho Press was recently merged into our paper earlier this month. I took a leave from sports for about six months and just came back, so I don't have a lot of work put into this one. But I thought I'd share anyway. It ain't SI, but it's readable.

I don't really have the resources to participate, but my paper puts a PDF version on our Web site. Full-size and 28 pages, so they're large files. Feel free to download, but they won't be up forever.

What the hell is that illustration in the middle third of the Pennsylvania state seal, shotty?

Looks like a black somebody with something real long (and uncomfortably erect) sticking out between the feet of some white somebody.

    "That tears it," indeed. ;)

I am mystified and embarrassed for my dear commonwealth ...
