    Tribune has pulled out of the deal and has filed a lawsuit against Sinclair for breach of contact.

    The fake "independent" owners who buy these stations to satisfy government rules always enter operating agreements from the original chain. I figure it is only a matter of time before the sham is so ingrained, the offending chains argue that the rules are worthless and should be dumped.
    I figure every market has a local station that is operated by one of these shadow groups. Tenga does it as well.
