It is very interesting to note that this thread is a lot more balanced than some of the discussions about this dispute you might find elsewhere on the Internet.

How many people out there, aside from those related to sports media, could possibly care about this?

You're really obsessed with "other sites" aren't you?

"I've been thrown out of better joints than your bibliography."

    That is a goddamned haymaker.

And what do you now think of Charlie? If getting left out of a bibliography sets him off like this?

We must have different definitions of the term "sets off."

"My comment would be that it would appear to be a very small moment in a very big book, and that, once again, Bill seems to have a much thinner skin than those work-a-day sportswriters whose efforts he's made a career out of deriding."

Hoo boy. Calm down, Mr. Pierce. Your rage is frightening.

Ha. Did you not read the actual review? How's about "Get the fuck over yourself?" Didn't read that sentence?
Make no mistake, he's acting like a pissy, little douchebag. They both are.

    Actually. No. I didn't.
    My fault.

Still think he comes across as a douche, but it wasnt because he was left out of the bibliography. Apologies.
