This is like 'significant' cosmetic alteration to the King James Bible long after the Protestant Reformation.

Some of these posts, I can't tell if they are jokes or not. That's sad

Nothing tops allowing over instead of more than. Except maybe spelling out the full states in copy.

The states one kills me, but I've stuck to it. I'm not well-versed enough in AP Style to make my own exceptions.

Can MCI win the AL Central? I think MDW has a shot.

If they find the word "would" as acceptable in storytelling. such as "Smith would finish 3 for 3 with two doubles," I'm out of here.

I have seen entire sections of Wikipedia biographies written in that style.
It's scary that so many writers think that's the key to dramatic storytelling.

Also now acceptable, "would of" as a replacement for "would have"

"There, their and they're are now acceptable in any use, at any time.
Where and were also are interchangeable. Especially if you're in a hurry."

All I know about MDW is that you don't want to be walking around in that neighborhood after dark or you could be DOA.

    New rule #41
    Your vs. You're
It doesn't matter. Just pick one and use it. Don't be such a grammer Nazi.

    New rule #57
    Grammar vs. Grammer
Just put a vowel before the second R. People will know what you mean. Don't be such a grammor looser.

    New rule #88
    Loser vs. Looser
    Whatever.
