Maybe the top reason -- fuckabuncha Pitt friends -- I visited Oakland so frequently while in college. Greasy-as-hell french fires, certainly, but also some of the bigger portions around. While on the menu, there's no such thing as a "small fry" at that place.

Well, there is a small...but it's bigger than the large most places you go.

 

I have the picture of the infamous shot of Mangino's daughter with the "head job" quote, but not online and don't know if there's one to link to. She's pretty cute, though.

 

Cleveland is a much better city than Pittsburgh.
