Did the operator standing by tell you about it when you were ordering Michael Bolton: 36 All-Time Favorites?

Stories/rumors like this are the EXACT reason why reputable print journalism will forever reign over the blogosphere. Throw out a bullshit story and see if it sticks. Sounds like a good idea!

Don't forget that the Time, Inc. single-serving coffeemakers have a computer chip in them. Says so right on the sign. Maybe D_B hacked into the SI coffeemaker.

The unit on 31 always looked sort of shifty to me. Beady-eyed little quisling.

And what makes this local newspaper reporter who doesn't want to be identified such an important source?

I'm just trying to figure out why a local newspaper reporter is a source on your report to begin with. WTF would he/she know about SI circulation?

And there were 10,000 dead in New Orleans, and the John Kerry intern scandal...
    Shall we continue, Douche?

It's not just anonymous sources, D_B, that bother most of us. It's the imaginary sources.

And who actually cancels SI subscriptions anymore? Doesn't everyone just let them lapse?
