Shouldn't it be news on the days Shawn Kemp is NOT found w/drugs?

    New York (AP) - Shawn Kemp, after a routine traffic stop in a residential neighborhood on Friday, was found not to be in possession of drugs nor drug paraphenalia (sp?). Kemp was also not under the influence of any perscription drugs, narcotics or alcohol. He was given a warning for driving 30 mph in a 25 mph zone and released.
