FBI Agrees to Unlock iPhone, iPod in Arkansas Homicide Case

FBI supposedly helping a prosecutor in Arkansas unlock another iPhone, as well as an iPod, of a suspect in a murder case.

This is kind of the way it should be. If they are able to do it themselves, fine. Apple may need to rethink the security in iOS.

Actual letter to the editor in my local paper left me just shaking my head:
"Apple's foolush, high minded arrogance in believing that only their engineers could unlock the iPhone proved again that if you do not meet a market demand (in this case the FBIs), someone else will, to your detriment. The FBI should return the favor and publish the unlocking procedure?"
What. In. The. Actual. Fuck? Who in their right mind would support that?
