Yikes. Not much detail here. Corwin Brown was also a pretty good safety in the NFL and was Belichick's DB's coach last year. Hope there is some reasonable explanation.

Standoff ended last night with Brown being hospitalized with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the abdomen.
