    Has there been any indication that shots were exchanged?

    Martin Bashir on MSNBC is also using the phrase "shots exchanged".

    I still bet she wasn't armed at all.

    I wouldn't watch a dopey cable news show ever on purpose, but in the sandwich shop at lunch, CNN's Wolf Blitzer was talking with a reporter, and the conversation revolved around how almost all of the information first coming out with these breaking stories turns out to be.... wrong.

    So we do have that.

    They were talking with a supposed congress person on the phone, supposedly from the capitol. While eating, I couldn't concentrate on anything except waiting to hear "Baba Booey, Baba Booey".

    Reuters says the suspect has been killed. True? Other outlets are saying she is injured:

    If they got it from a "U.S. official", it must be true, right?
