    Saw this as part of MSNBC story on Capitol shooting:

    "On September 16, a deadly shooting occurred blocks south of the U.S. Capitol complex which contributed to a partial lockdown of the Capitol at that time."

    That was a bad day for D.C. as it was also the day of deadly Navy Yard shooting.

    Someone apparently tried ramming through car barrier at White House. Pursuit went to Capitol. Seeing that female suspect is dead but that was one report by ABC, which as we've learned from these stories...who knows.
