    Absolutely the planning commissioner would be open for political commentary. I think some of you are forgetting that the Times v. Sullivan standard isn't "Public figures vs. private figures." It created three classes. Public officials, public figures and private figures. Public officials have the least protection.

    Actually, that will be the reaction when this blubbering pile of excrement tries to wrap himself in the law that real journalists like us use to do real work.

    You want to associate yourself with Breitbart, just because he carries your side's water politically, it's your prerogative, Tony. But seeing as how he's sold you and your righty pals two straight bum steers and left y'all with egg all over your faces, I wouldn't. That's just me, though.
