Sheriff's deputy forces wife to castrate her lover

And here's as horrible a story as you'll read. Well, at least today. An LA sheriff's deputy finds out his wife's having an affair with a younger man. He holds the two captive, makes her castrate the young lover (the story's unclear if she did the complete job; he did have wounds on his groion), cuts the man's face up, and then flees with her and tortures her.

Friend says it's "hard to believe" he'd be capable of this. Oh.
