    Weasel stew.

Skin and fillet a weasel. Using lard as your base, fry a couple diced onions, carrot, celery, fennel and bay leaf in your hefty iron cauldron until translucent. Season your chunks of exotic weasel meat with salt, pepper and rub with some garlic cloves, then throw ‘em in with some vegetables. Fry for two minutes and add a gallon of weasel stock (I make my own but you can use beef) a few handfuls of button mushrooms and a can of diced tomatoes. Season again with salt and pepper, and a generous pinch of sugar. Weasel pairs well with Sunny Delight.

p.s. A word to the wise: never name your weasel before you eat it. Makes it too personal. Feels like murder.
