I wonder how David Stern is going to work this fiasco to the NBA's advantage.

**waits for upcoming x-mas game between the lakers and suns**

Shaq has NEVER been able to run the floor the way Rmabis (or Kareem) could.

That youtube video is AWESOME, by the way.

That video reminds me of how great the NBA was 20 years ago.

To watch a game without every idiot jacking a three...

Agreed. The NBA isn't even close to being as entertaining as it was even 10 years ago. I haven't really been "into" the NBA since Jordan et al left the scene.

DJ Lance Rock would destroy Shaq in battle rap.

20 years ago I agree with, 10 years ago the game was awful.

I think the game has had a resurgence in the last couple of years.

Yeah, 10 might be a little off. It was still good in the early 90s though.

Shaq dropping the N-words left and right.

    Wow.

My favorite part of it: The ESPN crawl which kept pointing out that Shaq said "Kobe, you can't do without me".

Not the other stuff. Any of it. Just the "can't do without me" part.

That rap was pretty funny. I still think this one was much better.

The whole thing is simply an embarrassing continuation of a feud that only makes the struggle for racial equality tougher. I love the general, prevailing assessment: It's just Shaq being Shaq. So…lots of people go around blaming their infidelities on teammates, calling them the n-word and requesting what's known in prison parlance as a tossed salad? Just another example of our culture happily embracing the black-man-as-a-minstrel.

Would it kill O'Neal, a multimillionaire, to shut up and not further negative stereotypes? Yeah. Apparently it would.
