Boots was good in the beginning, but then he went too far.

    Scoreboard, whatever.

I'm not saying it was right, but we don't know the nature of the conversation. If, indeed she did say it first, it's not unreasonable to think it would be ok to return the comment.

Again, I'm not saying it's right, but tone and nature of the conversation has a lot to do with this too.

Plus, who knows if the whole thing is even truthful.

    Jeebus, I can't believe I'm defending boots.

Should this story be true, Boots may get one of these in the not-too-distant-future: [IMG]

Sexual harassment is a dead issue that lives on because boots does it.

Why is that so hard to understand?

Come on 21, why the nastiness? Be a good gal and share a water break with ole bootsy. You know you want to.

Harold Reynolds doesn't see what the big deal is, but hopes boots and his lady can put out this fire over a nice sexy plate of meatloaf at the Boston Market across the street.

Just came out of the meeting with HR. Here is what happened:
The gal I have been teasing with and who has been teasing me, DID NOT file a report. She was at the meeting as well and admitted that we tease each other.
It was someone who sits next to her in the office. A busy body who should mind her own business. She heard our conversation and the wheels began churning. She said she felt awkward about what I said, and not knowing our relationship, stirred shit up that shouldn't have been stirred..
After HR heard both of our sides, no action was taken. HR apologized profusely but I still feel that I was wronged. Like I said, last week, another gal hauled in someone she felt was "leering" at her.
I have a call into my lawyer. I'm pretty pissed about this.

Go get em, boots. You've been wronged, now its time to bring your lawyer in and teach em a lesson. I betcha the girl that overheard the conversation and complained was just jealous that you weren't flirting with her.

Yeah, boots, leave the lawyer out of it. Let it go.
