    Proof you don't have to have layers upon layers of production to have a great rock song. Very simple, straight-ahead tune built around a riff.

    And yes, not a bass — White Stripes doesn't have a bass player. It's a semi-acoustic set down an octave.

    Elephant=excellent album

    Jack White=excellent songwriter

    Meg White=poor drummer, excellent eye candy ... :D

    Like A Stone is a damn good song and by Audioslave.
    Check the guitar solo about three minutes in.
