Do you mix milk in with your eggs when you scramble them, before you pour them in the pan?

I guess the only time I don't is if there's no milk in the house, which is rare.

Yes, milk in the eggs. Mandatory.

If I cooked, I'd mix the milk and eggs before pouring it into the pan.

One thing I will do is add cheese and lots of it to my scrambled eggs.

    OK, pall wins.

I swear to god, I have never heard of adding milk or water or anything to eggs. In all my years. Never. No one I knew (whom I knew how they prepared their eggs) ever did this.

You all are freaks. They're scrambled eggs!

I like to do it all in one bowl, but I ALWAYS whisk before I get it in the pan.

While it's warming up I crack the eggs in a bowl, add a shot of water or milk and then add tabasco, salt and pepper.

    Then whisk to combine.

I thought pretty much everyone added some sort of liquid to scrambled eggs, though. Shows what I know.

WHY WOULD YOU ADD LIQUID? Eggs are, by nature, liquid!

Never, just cheese, and I do everything in the frying pan.

Yes on milk, or water if you don't have milk. A little salt and pepper in with the eggs and milk, too. At least, that's the way my mom taught me to make 'em. I went through a phase a while back when I'd put some hot sauce, too.

EDIT: Oh, and 'shrooms, too! Gotta have 'shrooms.

When I worked at McDonalds in high school I remember not doing anything to the eggs, just crack and whisk. At least there was one thing in there not processed to death.
