I don't know, this isn't exactly a body most people want to see without clothing......

21 is right. I appreciate the work they do on women's health issues but, for the most part, those magazines have become fluff and nonsense.
Glamour takes a more serious attack on certain issues and Elle often has a more political bend to it. But there's still too much about DROP 10 POUNDS NOW! and WHAT HE LIKES IN BED!

And the thing is, he NEVER likes that in bed. That crap is written by women who think you get a man by cutting his steak at dinner, wearing a red feather bra and feeding him an M&M every time he touches you 'there!'

Well HELL. Now you tell me!

I wonder if you can return red feather bras after they've gotten honey on them.

Mmmm, M&Ms. Would work for me.

And Killick, if that's saltpeter, you must mistakingly think saltpeter is the new Viagra or something.

  6. I read Sassy religiously. This was the era when I was dancing onstage in dresses and I needed all the fashion power I could gather. Plus I hoped to someday make it into the "Cute Band Member Alert" section. I picked up the first few issues of Jane and it didn't hold the same spell on me that Sassy had. By the way...I recently picked up a book titled How Sassy Changed My Life: A Love Letter to the Greatest Teen Magazine of All Time by Kara Jesella and Marisa Meltzer. I'm going to read it after I finish the three books I'm currently in the midst of reading.

I don't know if she's bitchy or not (I know you weren't asking me), but she's the least sexy famous woman I can think of. I want to barf everytime I see her on the tube. She's such an idiot.

There's a word that's not being used much by people our age -- barf.

    LOL!

I say barf all the time.

And chaz isn't our age. Well, he's closer to my age than yours.

I prefer hurl, but barf I've used, esp. in college.

Got said issue of Jane in the mail today. In addition to Serena (and I don't think that's a very good shot), there's a spread of Eva Mendes plus photos of (among others) Joss Stone and Kate (granddaughter of Wellington) Mara. They're naked, but you can't see anything.

If it's the one I saw on E! a couple days ago, she's got way too many muscles.
